OKB Static & Rotating Pulveriser Attachments for Excavators

For demanding demolition, concrete reduction and recycling applications, the OKB Static & Rotating Pulveriser range provides excavator operators with a powerful and versatile attachment solution. Designed for strength, durability and efficient material processing, OKB pulverisers are built to handle tough concrete and reinforced structures while helping contractors improve productivity on site.

Available in both rotating and static configurations, the OKB pulveriser attachment range can be matched to excavators from approximately 5 tonnes upwards, with models available for a wide range of machine sizes. Whether you are carrying out primary demolition, secondary concrete reduction or processing reclaimed materials, there is an OKB pulveriser designed for the job.

Powerful Excavator Pulverisers for Demolition

An excavator pulveriser is designed to break down concrete structures into manageable material, making it easier to process, separate and recycle. The OKB range combines powerful crushing forces with robust construction to provide dependable performance in demanding demolition environments.

The OKB rotating pulveriser is a versatile attachment suitable for both primary demolition and secondary concrete reduction. Its 360-degree rotation allows the operator to position the jaws accurately, helping to improve control and productivity when working on structures, slabs, walls and other concrete applications.

For secondary demolition and material processing, the OKB static pulveriser provides a highly effective solution. The fixed design is particularly suited to ground-level applications and is designed to pulverise concrete while helping separate reinforcing steel and other embedded materials.

Both versions incorporate a steel shear at the rear of the jaws, adding further versatility when processing reinforced concrete and helping operators deal with steel encountered during demolition.

OKB Rotating Pulveriser

The OKB rotating pulveriser range includes the RM350, RM1000, RM2500, RM4000 and RM4500, covering excavator carrier weights from approximately 5 to 50 tonnes.

The RM350 is designed for smaller excavators in the 5–12 tonne class, while larger models provide the crushing force and jaw capacity required for increasingly demanding demolition work. The RM4500, for example, is designed for 36–50 tonne excavators and provides up to 1,610 kN of force in the middle of the jaws.

The 360-degree rotation system allows operators to position the pulveriser precisely against the material being processed. This can be particularly valuable during demolition projects where access and positioning are constantly changing.

OKB Static Pulveriser

The OKB static pulveriser range includes the SM350, SM1000, SM2500, SM4000 and SM4500. These models are designed for excavators from approximately 5 to 50 tonnes, providing options for smaller demolition machines through to large excavators.

Static pulverisers are particularly effective during secondary demolition, where previously demolished concrete needs to be reduced and processed. Their robust jaws provide considerable crushing force, while the integrated cutting blade helps process reinforcing bar and steel within the material.

The SM350, for example, is suitable for excavators in the 5–9 tonne class, while the larger SM4500 is designed for 38–50 tonne carriers.

Designed for Efficient Concrete Recycling

As recycling and material recovery become increasingly important across the construction and demolition industries, having the right excavator attachment can make a significant difference to site productivity.

OKB pulverisers are designed to crush concrete and assist with the separation of reinforcing steel, helping produce material that can be more easily handled, sorted and recycled. This makes them suitable for demolition contractors, recycling operations and plant hire companies looking for a versatile attachment for concrete processing.

Interchangeable wear parts are designed to make maintenance and replacement more straightforward, helping reduce unnecessary downtime and keeping equipment productive.

A speed valve is fitted as standard to both the rotating and static pulveriser ranges. This is designed to provide faster operation and improved efficiency, helping operators complete repetitive pulverising tasks more quickly.
