The Trackstack 6536T is a compact and nimble mobile stockpiler, yet it packs a punch when it comes to bulk material handling. With a unique ‘Boomerang’ design, the feed boot height can be adjusted without altering the head drum position. This ensures maximum flexibility without losing stockpile capacity.
This machine is easy to transport and can be setup in super-fast time making it the ideal product where flexible, high capacity solutions are required.
The 6536T can receive material directly from a crusher or screen or can be installed in a close circuit application. The machine features a Hi-Torque internal hub drive system which allows it to handle high tonnage. It also integrates easily into the Tesab range of Crushers and Screeners.

The Tesab 6536T Trackstack is a compact, agile and high-capacity mobile stockpiler engineered to deliver efficient bulk material handling for quarrying, recycling, construction and aggregate operations. Perfectly positioned between smaller transportable units and larger heavy-duty stockpilers, the 6536T combines manoeuvrability with serious performance — making it a versatile component of material processing circuits or standalone stockpile solutions.
At the heart of the 6536T’s design is Tesab’s unique ‘Boomerang’ system, which allows operators to adjust the feed boot height independently of the head drum position. This innovative approach gives maximum flexibility on site without sacrificing stockpile capacity or conveyor performance, enabling operators to optimise material inflow angles, reduce rehandling and manage stockyard layouts more efficiently.
The 6536T is capable of producing over 400 tonnes per hour of stockpiled material, thanks to a robust Hi-Torque internal hub drive system that delivers dependable throughput while helping to reduce fuel consumption. Its 900 mm (36″) wide belt and extended 18.7 m (61′) conveyor length provide substantial reach for building high, stable stockpiles.
Despite its compact footprint, the 6536T stacks material to heights of up to 8.26 m (27′) and achieves a stockpile capacity of approximately 970 m³ (equivalent to around 1,550 tonnes at typical material density), helping to maximise storage without frequent repositioning.
The machine’s transport dimensions — with a width of around 2.14 m and transport length of 11.7 m — mean that it can be moved between sites with relative ease, reducing logistical complexity for operations working across multiple locations.
Designed for integration with Tesab crushers and screeners, the 6536T can be fed directly from primary or secondary processing units or installed within a closed-circuit system, improving site workflow and eliminating double handling.
